RRI not working after upgrading our query from 3.5 to 47.0

Hi,

We have the following issue:

1. Query A was converted to 7.0 from 3.5

2. Query A had an RRI to jump to another web and it RBBS it's configured to 3.x Web Application as the Report Type

3. Query A is used in a 3.5 Web template we are not converting these.

After converting Query A, we tested in Analyzer and the go to works fine.

But then when we run teh web template Query A works fine but the go to does not.

here are the differences in teh url I noticed once we migrated. I also tried to regenerate the query and as well "reganerate" or resave teh RBBS assignments and did not work.
