Problems with MAGic and Sap Gui 6.40

Hi!

A coworker needs to use the MAGic screen magnifier software while he is working with Sap.

We have Sap Gui 6.4.

The problem is that you are working and, suddenly, all the sessions dissappear. We close MAGic and everything works ok, so the problem is the magnifier software.

Is there anyone that had a similar problem? Do you think that the problem will be solved if we install Sap Gui 7.1?

It's really annoying because this person really needs to use this software.

Any help is welcome!!!!

Hi, I checked the link. It shows you how to configure Sap Gui to change the font size and other things, but I didn't find anything related a compatibility problem.

I installed Sap Gui 7.10 and the problem persists.

Anyone had a similar problem?

Hai,

Install the screen magnifier as recommended by SAP.

If you require a screen magnifier, we recommend MAGic 9.0 or higher by Freedom Scientific, or ZoomText 8.1 or higher by Ai Squared. The SAP environment can operate with other screen magnifiers; however, SAP currently only offers support for MAGic or ZoomText.

I've already read that. It doesn't help at all.

We have MAGic 10 and we tried reinstalling Sap Gui 6.4 and then we installed Sap Gui 7.10 and we still have the problem.
