MDG Fiori Approver App not showing all requests

We are testing MDG GL and have activated the Fiori MDG approver (extended) app to see if it provides a better UX. However, while testing, we noticed that it is only showing the change requests for New or changes to existing GL Accounts. It is not showing approvals for Hierarchies, Mass Changes, or Financial Reporting Structure Items.

Can anyone please tell me if that is the standard behavior for the app or if we need additonal configurations or notes to view the other types of requests.
