We have ERMS Hybrid PUSH set up and are having issues with Sender address in SOIN defaulted to one of the domain address defined in SOCT and SO28. Mails send from the domain are received with their original mail address. Mail sent from outside domain are not.
Also earlier once the item is pushed in UI, the correct account from the sender's mail ID was determined. after exchange set up, any mails received from external world or also from within the domain, do not determine correct account. One of the agent always determines account with 1 mail ID while for other agent, determines mail ID which is no where defined in SAP CRM system nor there is any trace of that mail ID in MIME of the mail received. This is very weird behavior. Workflow trace available on request
