How to display all call list functions in SAP GUI on SAP Web Client?

Hi all,

I am new in SAP CRM, now, I have some trouble when touching on Call list function!

As my understood, officially we just create call on Manager role and then assign call list to each IC agent on Web Client, but it is not enough enough functions like SAP GUI. Obviously, with normal user cannot touch in SAP GUI, they just use it on WebIC, so, that we need that display function in SAP GUI to WebIC for them

Can we do that?

Do you mean you want to search and display call lists on webui?

If so, in Business role IC_MANAGER->Managing Operations->Call Lists.

If you are looking for some specific functions on call list on webui, would you please give a more detailed description?

I've found solution for this problem, my goal is let IC Man can create call list on Web UI only, they dont need to go to SAP GUI.

and my solution is using Transaction Laucher proposal.
