BADI Enhancement for yMKT Cloud - SAP Experts Please!!

Hello Experts,

How to debug the BADI code in yMKT Cloud? I am curious to know. I want to extend the BADI enhancement, but also I can write the code once I see what is coming in the data.

I think this is the way the developer does the things. But in yMKT cloud I cannot do all these things. Do I need to connect to some system to do the coding and debugging. Please suggest.

Hello Mayank,

it is not possible to debug a Badi implementation in the cloud as there is no backend access available. Currently there is a possibility to write and evaluate trace statements for Custom Business Objects as you can see in the documentation https://help.sap.com/viewer/e0cd7c1ecf3d4f2f9feb46ec1c5b68fb/1805.500/en-US/f3730eeefe434aa4ae6df5df... . There are plans to implement a similar/same requirement for custom business logic implementations in a near future release.

Thanks for your feedback. But it is difficult for me to check the code and test with the BADI test. Can you help me to understand when it is planned to debug the BADI enhancement? In which release?
