The client has a unique requirement wherein the annula leave quota is accrued on annual basis, but the employee can avail them after completion of 18 months only.
This happens for the first 5 years, where in employee can take Annual Leave only 3 times (of 30 days each -fixed). We have tried the quota accrual 6 months interval, but the quota is not getting generated properly.
For your reference, if an employee was hired on 01/01/2004, then he can avail first annual leave on or after 1st July 2005.
