Pre-defined authentification in Analysis for Office doesn't work

Dear,

In the CMC I have defined an OLAP connections (SAP HANA http) with a pre-defined authentification.

However in Analysis for Office, we have to enter SAP hana credential despite we activate predefined connection in the OLAP connection. In Lumira Designer it works without entering any SAP hana credential.

I found the response :

Analysis for Office does not support the authentication type "pre-defined" for OLAP connections defined in CMC.
This feature is deliberately not supported for security reasons.
Only authentication types "Prompt" or "SSO" are supported. See note 1862845

for hana OLAP connections, prompt is not supported . it should support pre-defined or SSO.

are u getting any error and can you please confirm your BI version and analysis office version.

Analysis office : 2.4.3.69601 Patch 2

My OLAP connection is pre-defined. I don't have any error message but I still have a prompt where I need to put the SAP Hana credential.
