Transport requests released without specifying target system

Dear All,

I have received some requests to be imported in our quality server. Ironically, I found out that these were released in source system [DEV] without specifying target system. Consequentially there are no cofiles and data file under /usr/sap/trans file system either.

Is there any way to transport the changes into QAS without creating new requests?
