Setting up and tracking Links in a physical mail campaign

Hi everyone,

we're currently planning to set up mailing campaigns via SAP Hybris in our organisation, however a few questions regarding feasibility and tracking are left - would be super grateful if anyone could provide help or point me to the right documentation!

Problem 1:
- Can the individual tracking link be automatically personalized in tho either:
a) a short URL or
b) a QR Code

so that the ease of actually using the link from the letter is maximized? If so, how?

Problem 2:
- Can the launch of a campaign trigger an update to the CRM? If so, how?
e.g. to save the personalized link in an according data field for each contacted client
