About billing tables

which tables contain tax fields like BED,CESS,discounts and the net value after these calculations..

wchich tcode contains these fields??...

Dear Sri

- VBRP::::you can see net value and tax amount here

- KONV::::you can see ED, discounts etc.,

The link between these two tables is Document Condition for which you also have to link table VBRK.

I got to see those tables.. I have one more doubt.here the net value is the price without tax amount or with tax?..

where can we see the status of the invoice i.e. to be posted or posted to finance??..

Dear Sri

Net value is excluding tax and as already stated, you can see the tax value seperately in VBRP. With regard to posting status, you can see the same in table VBRK where there is a field "Posting Status".

If you want to see in TCode itself, go to VF05 and execute. There you can see a tab "Description" which indicates whether the billing document is posted to FI or not.

Hi

in KONV table you can see the condition types for BED,ECS, and all the condition types which are in billing document,

for excise documents you have to go to the table j_1iexchdr / j_1iexcdtl you can find the excise values only

table TCode - SE16
