Trend Icon - Drilldown?

I am using trend icons to compare actuals to 6 month averages and it works great. But folks want to be able to double click or something on the trend icon and see the supporting data. How do I do that?

Also, different question: Can I hover over or double click a text label or trend icon to have some verbiage popup to tell folks about the KPI and what it represents - sort of a glossary.

THanks for any help you can give - we are trying to decide whether to do all our dashboards with Xcelsius or to go for it and use Performance Point.

    Hi Daryl,

To answer question #1: We use the toggle button with Transparency - 100% ( to make it invisible), and overlay it on the Trend Icon such that when the users clicks on it you can set up the dynamic visibility to open / close the 'supporting data' screen.

Question #2 - Using the same method above, in order to trigger an event using the mouse over, please open the Properties for the invisible Toggle Button you created above, go to 'Behavior' - > 'Common' -> 'Insert Options' and change the default selection from 'Mouse Click' to 'Mouse Over'.
