Shall we use mcsz or olix to copy key figures between the infostructures planned with level by level planning. or Defining user methods and copy profile is mandatory??

What was the correct transaction?
I am trying to accomplish the same.
I'm not sure to use MCSZ or MC7M to create the copy method.
