Cannot attach documents

Hi,

We have implemented Solution Manager service desk.

And at the point of entering an issue from the sattelite system, we cannot attach any documents or txt files.

when we try to attach a document, the issue entry screen is populated with characters.

And when we go in to Solution manager, and open that issue, the document is not attached, In the transaction data tab, we can again see the characters.

Please advice.
