'Reference Quantity' in Recipe Management

Dear Gurus,

I am seeing a 'Reference Qty' under Basic Data under General Recipe. I can see units like Kg, Litre, all weight or volume units. I am not seeing any units like 'EA' or 'PC'

I am not understanding if the Base unit of Measure of my Final Finished Product is in 'EA' or 'PC' how should I take care of the same.
