Material Listing /Exclusion

Hi All,

we have listings/exclusion in ECC. How can we do the same in CRM. and can we restrict this one to service orders.

For example our users should not create service request for FRU whereas they can create for CRU values.

product listings or ppr which is option is better.

and to which application i have to asig them to use them in service requess in icss

i think it is product catalog view. please suggest me

There are 2 types of listings

1)PPR based listings

2)Condition Based listings.

You can use any one of them..

Can we use PPRs in service transactions.

If in ECC there are listings how they will be mapped to CRM.

please clear in which system you want to maintain these listing CRM/R/3

If CRM using listing need to maintain them in CRM and let them upload to R/3 ( ECC )

U can maintain cutsomer specific listings and Sales Org listings also

But all depends on the how you config your listings conditions type

I dont want to use listings option. i want to use directly PPR's concept in CRM instead of product listings.

So please need config doc on the same.
