authorisation group -B2B shop

Hi,

We have a scenario in which we have to restrict users based on authorisations given to view particular webshops and not all the webshops created in the system. One way is to maintain teh authorisation group in the general information tab in the shop admin.

We have followed the following steps but are still facing issues:

Add following values to the CRM_ISA_SP authorization object for the SAP_CRM_ECO_ISA_WU_B2B_FULL role: CAR, TRK

2. Create CAR and TRK user groups via SUGR transaction

3. Add necessary users to these groups

4. Add Authorization Group CAR for the first webshop and TRK for the second

5. Made hard shutdown with restart for the J2EE instance

Could you help pls.

How do we create the authorisation groups. Are user groups same?
