CRM tracking marketing email with option via Intermediate Site (## ).

Hello

I meet a problem when i sending emails from a marketing campaign.

The email received by my customer with a tracking url (##) contains a internal URL adress.

My customer have this type of URL (HTTP://UUP1.INTERNE.SAP.FR:8001/SAP/CRM/CRM_TRACKING....) and got an error when they clik on.

My question are :

Why the URL is replaced by an internal address ?

what should i change to track the click on the URL ?
