EBP bidder list problem

--> Unpriced bid subordinate Tab

--> collaboration

in the list it is showoing bid of other customers also.

connecting with c folder to SRM, how we can solve this.

I believe you mean that in the collaboration the dropdown list shows all the bidders. If this is what you mean then it is normal behaviour as it is the Buyers authorisation which allows him to view the all the bidders. Whether you go through the bid tab link or the bid invitation link it takes you to the same place i.e. collaboration view.

When bidder goes to this link from his bids he will be only able to see his folder and public folder.

This is how system is designed.

The problem is here, the bidder can see all the list of other bidders also, how we can stop it.

Hi,

This is not the standard. Which means the authorisation for bidder is getting set to Administrator or something else. Can you please confirm what authorisation you can see for bidders.

Also have you controled the authorisations with use of BADI?
