Account360 calls not working - Error during conversion of XI message

Hello all,

We are trying to integrate our ERP system with SAP C4C and currently configuring the Account 360. We have maintained the necessary logical ports as per the documentation from the marketplace and are getting a ping successfully when we try after creating the ports. In C4C, we have exposed the Object ID Mapping Data source and created all the necessary communication arrangements. When we try to execute the Report, RCOD_SENT_RECENT_ORDERS to test this, for a Customer, we receive the following error, "Error during conversion of XI message".
