Campaign Automation?

Hi Champs,

I would like to know that if I need to send across an email to all the target groups / BP in the evening,So how can I automate my campaign?

Besides, this what customiztion steps are require for me to do in the sap crm system.

Hi

Create Email Form first with all the content and then create campaign with this email form and target group. Save the campaign. Then change the status from 'created' to 'released'. Then click on 'start' button

here you have the option of executing the campaign immediately or at specific time. You can do this periodically also. So based on your requirement, you can select the option and complete the process.

Again based on your SMTP configuration only, mails will be triggered and campaign becomes successful.

Hi!

If your question is about automatic execution of the campain? you need in WebUI open your campaign, click Start and enter date and time to start capmaign. Then click on Start Periodically checkbox and enter periodically options.
