Upgrade from 3.5 to 7.0 - BEx Analyzer 7.0 Not Working


We just upgraded from 3.5 to 7.0. I'm able to access all BEx applications except BEx Analyzer 7.0. When I try to open Analyzer 7.0, I get a Business Explorer error message stating 'A critical program error occured. The program has to close. Please refer to the trace for further information' After I click OK, Excel stays open however the toolbar is in German and nothing happens when I click anything on it.

Anyone know what the problem could be?
