Revision display

Hi Experts,

This issue is related to revision(OIOB). From T code OIOB we can view all revisions which are created and completed. My client is using Z tcode for this so that he can display only specific plant wise revisions which is not possible through OIOB. But now z tcode only displays revisoins which are not completed. It is not displaying completed revisions.I asked the abaper regarding this and he said even though it is a z tcode but it calls standards program only. This can be resolved only by customizing or by applying note. Please help me to know where the settings occur for revisions? Is there any note for this? client system SAP R/3 4.7.
