Hello everyone,

I want to realize survey directly related to Account or contacts, is this possible in c4c?

Also I did created some survey but I can't attach this in visits or opportunity, am i missing something?

Hi Adriano Puleo,

As far as Accounts are concern,you can check the survey results pertains to the respective objects like Leads,Opportunity etc. under the Survey Results facet.(By default,this will not be visible,So if it not able under the Accounts,then use key user tool to make that visible)

Coming to your second question,check the below points

  • Check the Category of the survey.If your survey is Internal survey,then make sure you have the Category as Checklists.
  • Status of the survey must be Active.

After this,you can assign the survey manually in visit and opportunity.

However,there is another way to assign the survey in to the respective objects I.e Automatic determination of survey.

With the help of the Activity Planner Workcenter,you can achieve this requirement.
