HR Fields Information

Hi Experts,

I am implementing HR module first time. I have gone through search forums i am unable to find the Recruitment Costs related information. I got E-Recruitment but not Recruitment Costs.

Where i can get the Recruitment Costs data?

And also Attrition Rate and Attrition components ?

Can u pls provide me the datasources for the above fields.

Hi

Attrition is nothing but Employees Left from the Organization.

And the Attrition rate is a formula based on that

((no. Of attritions x 100) / (Actual Employees + New Joined)) /100.

Actual Employees No. Of people left No. Of Joined Total Employees

(Opening BAL) (Attritions) (Current Headcount)

150 20 25 155

So according to the formula: ((20 x 100) / (150 + 25)) / 100
