Error:User12xxxxx cannot be repaired because there is an open shopping cart

hi Gurus,

we are using SRM 4.0.

how can we know the shopping cart number,where we have to close the shc.i got this error while i am doing user repair...bbp_check_users.

Error:User12xxxxx cannot be repaired because there is an open shopping cart.
