block the Creation of POs in reference to one RFQ

good morning expert

my question is how can I block or prohibit the création of several OPs in reference to the same RFQ for example:

I create the PO X1 in reference to the RFQ Z1, when I want to create the PO X2 in reference to the same RFQ (Z1), the system should block creation.

Hi

It is possible to set control for purchase requisition but for quotations I dont think there is control as it is only used as reference document for price controlling for purchase documents (making agreement with vendor on price).
