Hi,
I bought Xcelsius online in november '08 and untill now I never succeeded to unlock the product. I always get the message "The product key code you entered is not valid". I should mention that my former laptop died so I'm using a new one and did download the product again. However on my old laptop I wasn't able to activate the program either. I need help on this topic urgently. Can someone please help me out and explain me how to fix this? I did contact customer care already few time and always get the same answer saying my key code is a valid one.
