CCM - credit memos - value & quantity

Hi expert,

I am using CCM in S/4HANA for customer rebate agreements.

I have customized different contract types, basically they measure the sales volume either in quantity or in value.

Now coming to my question: from time to time we create credit memo requests / credit memos for customers that have a rebate agreement based on quantity (e.g. if they achieve buying 100.000 PCS in a specific period, they will receive a rebate).

We would like to define in the credit memo request whether the credit memo request item reduces the rebate agreement sales volume or not.

The normal credit memo request item category G2N reduces both quantity and value. How can I achieve that a credit memo request item only reduces value, but not quantity, of the sales volume of a rebate agreement in CCM?

I have tried using another item ctageory like G2WT which has item type (POSAR) = A (value item), but still this credit memo item reduces the sales volume quantity...

Any ideas from your side?

Hi all,
in the end I had to implement following BAdI: WB2_CC_SELECT_BUS_VOL

IF_WB2_CC_SELECT_BUS_VOL~SELECT
IF_WB2_CC_SELECT_BUS_VOL~SELECT_FOR_BVDETAIL

Maybe SAP refined the logic by now, I did not search for new notes...
