How create link to incident in fiori

Is any idea how create link in mail form to incident which open in fiori interface. In mail form? attribute SAP_CRMS_SRQM_GEN_FIELDS-CRM_SRQM_GUID creates the GUID without the "-" seperators, but in fiori ulr look like /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=100#Action-SMMyIncidents&/MessageResultSet/00505601-0745-1ED8-97D0-1E9409A09860.

did you find a solution? After the upgrade, the Field SAP_CRMS_SRQM_GEN_FIELDS-CRM_SRQM_URL generates a CRM Url, but not the Fiori one. SMIN_STD_MAIL_FORM has the Option FIORI_APP_USED set. Thank you!

Hello, yes i find this option, but after using this option incident still opens in CRM interface, even after implementing snote 2761008 - No Link to Fiori App in E-Mail in ITSM available.
