Issue during instance creation in CAL

Hello, I have tried to create “SAP HANA, developer edition 1.0 SPS 12” instance in CAL for Open SAP course exercises. But when I click "I Accept" button I face the error message "We are sorry but this solution cannot be provided for your country currently. We will send you an e-mail as soon as this problem has been solved." I have found the answer for similar question (see https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3929985) but I cannot find where I can update company data.

OpenSAP team member direct me to the document https://calstatic.hana.ondemand.com/res/docEN/46948f72469c42c88e1735fcb7aea529.html

I do not remember that I have applied for user of SAP Cloud Appliance Library but I always enter it automatically using Single Sign In. Maybe that is the reason of the issue.

Could you please help me with the issue.

Hello Dmytro,

Yes, the root cause not to receive an email is in the inconsistent data in your user profile. I'd recommend to register a new user filling all required fields with a real data.

Hi Stanimir,

Thank you for your reply.

I have manage to edit my profile when I enter SAP Store but I still face the error trying to create instance in CAL. I have tried to communicate to sap network support by e-mail you gave me but face the error (see screen shot attached) .

Could you please advise how can I reach CAL administrator to resolve the issue?

Hi Dmytro,

Sorry, the correct email address is sapnetwork@sap.com.

Please double-check that you have entered only real names in your profile. If you are not employed you could enter your personal name as a company name but please don't use fake names or appellatives.
