Batch Split, Strategy info. "Overdelivery Allowed" idicator.Settings.

Dear All,

Could you please help on the following:

I do transfer posting tcode MB1B from SLOC 2 SLOC.

Put ** in the batch field and open strategy info screen

The "Overdelivery Allowed" indicator is ticked by default, while in the corresponding batch determination strategy settings the same indicator in unchecked.

I need the same indicator in the strategy info to be unchecked.

System help regarding this indicator says:

"The indicator is preset for every application:

MM Inventory Management - indicator set.

This setting overwrites the setting in the strategy record.

CO Production/Process orders - indicator not set.

WM Warehouse Management System - indicator not set.

SD Sales order/Delivery - indicator not set."

From this message for me it follows that while in strategy record this indictor is not set; somewhere in MM Inventory Management same indicator is set and overwrites strategy settings.

please unmark the check box in the strategy type defined thru path given below

SPROIMG-Logisitics general-Batch management-batch determination and batch check-startaegy type-define Inventory management---select your startegy type and click on detail buton then unmark the check box there

Hello Rahul,

The point is that in the given by you path in the respective strategy this indicator in unchecked.

And system help says, that even though this indicator is unchecked in the strategy settings, its being overwritten by the same settings somewhere in MM Inventory Management (please refer to my initial posting for detailed text from help).
