BO XI R2 :Parse failed: Can not load DLL

Environment details:

OS: Windows 2000 SP4

BO: XI R2

Oracle client: Oracle 10.2.0.1

Q. 1.

I have created a universe on oracle tables using Generic ODBC connectivity.

When I create a any object say Measure/Dimension and click on formula BO designer throws error

u201CParse failed: Can not load DLLu201D

Q2. How do I change the universe Data connection.

e.g If I am using ODBC and I want to change it to use native driver.
