While posting the delivery i am getting the following error? What could be the problem.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'DocEntry'

Is there any change in the stored procedure SBO_SP_TransactionNotification?
If yes then please comment the change then check if the issue is related.

Could you put your SDK sample code for check the issue?

I am not using any SDK code for adding the delivery form.
Using default SAP without any changes
