Record level currency conversion

Hi all,

Is it possible with NW 7.0 to perform currency conversion dynamically according to the rate at a given transaction time? meaning that a given query may use many different rates for the same FROM-TO combination

Ex:

DATE -

---

KRW--

---

RATE---JPY

12/1/2008--

---

1000

---

.07--

---

70

01/1/2009--

---

1000

---

.06--

---

60

Right now all I can see is that I can use one rate based on one given date for a query...am I missing something?

Hi,

If that rate is hard coded ,,u can do that,,,by writing the routines..

Hope u got me..thi can be achieved if this written in Routines..But at the same time if this value is changing,,,the same should be captures in routines depending upon the date of Transaction...

u need to input that value..

i have this rate from the transaction but I was under the impression that normal BEx currency conversion could be done at the transaction level based on a dynamic selection. I cannot possibly store all rates as key figure.
