Errors in BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CHANGE in SAP ECC6.0

Hi Experts,

One of our clients is in the process of upgrading from SAP 4.7 to ECC6. They have asked me to test the Formulations planning interface using Planned order Bapis.

In SAP ECC 6.0, When attempting to Create and Change planned orders using the BAPIs - BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CREATE and BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CHANGE the following error occurs Function module COCB_CR_DATA_RESET does not existu201D.

The function module indeed does NOT exist in SAP ECC6.0 .

When we test the two function modules manually via SE37 they appear to be working.

But when we use the BAPI, we are getting the above Error. Is there a different BAPI for Planned Order in SAP ECC6.0 ?

Please HELP !!!

Awaiting your response.

    Hi,

    Pls try using BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE, BAPI_PRODORD_CHANGE.

      Hi Cathy,

I am afraid the BAPI's that you are suggesting are to create Production orders and not Planned Orders.

As per the cycle, you create Planned Orders and the after firming them you convert in to Process or production orders based on Firmed Planned Orders.

      Thanks
