IT - 0024 (qualifications)

Hello Seniors,

while practising on an ides server in client 000 - the layout of Infotype 0024 (qualifications) was different then in client 800.

cud u help me out with the reason for this?

also, how do i get the layout in 000 same as client 800?

Usually client 000 is the system master client with the originally delivered content. So be carefull what you are changing and for what reason.

The infotype screen changes are maintained in table T588M.

dilek sir, after maintaining the value of plogi quali in T77S0 table, i was getting the following error

"Object 01 P 00012008 does not exist".

cud u tell me how to proceed now?

also for IT 0024 i cudnt find settings in t588m table..

Hi,

When do you get this error?

Probably you donot have a personnel with personnel number 12008.

i got this error message when i was trying to create IT 0024 in pa30 for 12008 pernr.

i made the settings in t77s0 table as u have told, i was facing this error after that.

before the settings i was able to see the it 0024 atleast. now i cant see it.

do help.

contd with dilek

Check the module pool number of IT0024 from system and status

according to that check the screen in Table T588M

Object 01 P 00012008 does not exist".

this says ur object P that is PERSON who u hired with the number 12008 does not exists

Check the integration part in V_T77s0

plogi orga shd be X

plogi plogi shd be 1

plogi perli shd be 999999

and also run the reports RHINTE10 20 30 thru SE38

If PLOGI-QUALI is 1 A032 Q,

Then in order to attach qualification to an employee (if this is what you need) you need to goto PA30 - 24 -> Create button. Then there comes the screen with tabs qualifications, potentials, etc. At the downside of the screen there is another create button, there select a qualification and say copy(check mark).

If you have not maintained the qualification catalog, before all of the steps above, you need to create you qualification catalog using transaction OOQA.

There first create qualification groups. Assign scales to groups. Then create qualifications attached to groups.

BY THE WAY, if you are in client 000, there may no personnel no existing. (None of the client 800 personnel has to reside in client 000). So first create your personnel.

Why do you want to do all these in client 000.

It is even non modifiable..

dilek sir,

i am getting trained on pd & recruitment module by my company on 000 client only, so the doubts.

i was basically a peoplesoft consultant & my company has recently shifted me to SAP.

so plz help.

Hi,

I suggest the following:

1. Hire a new person in to your system (client 000)

2. Once more check that PD-PA integration is active (if deactive you will not get the profile view (Transaction PPPM) when accessing it 0024 via PA30) table T77S0, switch PLOGI QUALI must be set to 1 A032 Q, as already stated on the thread.

Now re-test your scenario.

Hi ritu,

Probably PD integration switch is off in one of the systems which causes the IT 0024 to have a different layout.

Please go to SM31 -> T77S0 -> find PLOGI QUALI switch and be sure that both systems have the same entry.

For PD integration to be open : 1 A032 Q

Otherwise : space.

Check for screen modifications via table T588M. This table is used for setting screen field modes as hidden/output only/standard modes. Please compare the table in both the clients and make changes as required.
