QP01 Inspection points error

Hi ,

In the transaction QP01,I want to load data like task,material allocation,operation usgin BAPI BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE.

When I pass null values to inspection points in task-ident_key .I am able to create Inspectionplan but

when I pass any values to inspection points in task-ident_key ,I am getting error as "This inspection point completion is not possible for task list type Q".

Please guide me what i need to avoid this error and create inspection plan.
