WebI crashes when try to create a new WebI document or opening a WebI doc

Hi,

WebI server crashes when try to create a new WebI document or opening a WebI document. On the InfoView, we see the error as " An Internal error occurred on createDocument.: API(WIS 30270).

product: BOE XI 3.0

CMS DB: Oracle 10.2g 64 bit Version

Reporting Database: SAP BW

Help me to find out if the Oracle 64 bit version is supported by BOE XI 3.0.
