ChaRM: Tcode "CRM_DNO_MONITOR" without SAP_ALL

HI!

We are facing with the following problem for the tcode "CRM_DNO_MONITOR".

We have all the usual ChaRM-users working with SOLMAN ChaRM approach (such a Developer, Tester, Manager, etc.).

When we remove from all the ChaRM-users the SAP_ALL profile then these users can only see the corrections of type "SDCR".

When we assign SAP_ALL profile back to the users they can still see only the transactions of type "SDCR". But after a night with profile "SAP_ALL" they can see all the transactions, not only "SDCR" but also other such a "SDHF", "SDMJ".

Can some one help me to explain this problem and their solution?

Any helpful information will be very appreciated!

Hi Axel,

The standard roles for Charm are SAP_SOCM*

I have quickly checked the roles and they all have diplay rights for SDHF for example

The business transaction types (PR_TYPE) and related activities are managed by the authorisation object CRM_ORD_PR

example for SAP_SOCM_DEVELOPER

you have activity 02,03

for Business Transaction Type value SDAD, SDHF, SDMI, SDMJ, SDMM, SDMN, SDPR, SDTM

You can easily make the cross-check with transaction SUIM

Which one did you give to your user when you removed sap_all ?
