Hi,

I dont require just for pld purpose my condition PO are created through MRP .

EG:there are two PO's with different weeks plan with similar items from the same vendor now Each & every time when PO is created two items are repeated twice with different quantity So each & every time i have to delete that row & add the qty in the similar item ..Actualy my client wants to avoid that.

Mona.

Dear Mona,

Does your MRP result in the same delivery date for this item? If it's the same item with different delivery date then system will create two separate lines for this item.

Hi Mona,

If you want to display a Purchase Order on screen summarized by item, set the "Summary Type" to "By Item" (by default it is "No Summary"). The PO lines will then be summarized by item with total quantity for each item.

If you want to display it on the printout then you need to modify the PLD. It is quite easy actually. You can use the Repetitive Area Footer to display the summary of each item and set all fields in the Repetitive Area to be not visible and set the height to minimum height.

Hi Mona,

i did not test the way, but i think it could be possible without a query. If you create a sales order and it is set up to consolidate orders, the system should generate a summarized delivery / ar invoice.

Or do you need a consolidation for the single sales order rows ?
