Satus Of Sales Order

Hi ,

Is any condition is there in sales order which will give us present status of the Sales Order?

Hi Akash

Firstly , Go to VA02 and check the document flow of that order at item level and header level also

Secondly , one way is Go to VA02->item data->schedule line data->check the delivery status ,

Second way is Go to VA02->Item data-> status tab ->check the item status

Finally , Go to VA02->Header data-> status tab ->check the header status

In item data and header data also we have status tab and there it will show the status but at item level it will show the item status but at header status it will show the status of the sales order

But Jignesh ,

Can you help in understanding the think that this tab is showing us Header and Item Level also.

It is showing us User Status and System Status.

How we can change this status ?

Is it possible for us to change the staus of Sales Order?and

also provide how status of order changes?

In Sales order one tab is there beside the Document flow tab as satus overveiw tab.

Is this tap gives us present status of Sales Order? i.e sales order is at which stage?

That is status overview.

I give complete status of a Sales Order - Header & Item wise.

There is no Condition, but you can see the status of the Sales Order in Document Flow.

Also when your Sales order is open, click on Goto in Menu bar - Header - Status.

You can find the detailed status of the Sales Order here.

Hi

To know the status of the sales order, you can check in VA02>GOTO>Item-->Status, and check the status of the order.

VA05 is used to get the list of open sales orders.
