Calling Function Module HRMSS_GET_ORGSTRUCTURE_AS_XML from .Net

Hi Can anybody help me for calling the function Module HRMSS_GET_ORGSTRUCTURE_AS_XML from .Net. I want to get the HR data using this function module and use in .Net. How to connect ot the SAP through .Net , call this function module and get output of the function module which is XML file.
