CO11N Doubt

I want to add time during confirmation at CO11N. I know its captured & also gone to SAP Note 540734 but would like to know how to achieve this. Even OPK0 was not of much help

Hence please comment on this requirement i.e. "How to include time during confirming via CO11N"
