Message 'Trip has no postable amounts' while running PRFI - Create Posting

Hi All,

I have implemented Travel expense module. COnfiguration for expese types, assignment to wage type, symbolic account and ledger account is done.

Now I created an expense for an employee (100 GBP) using PR05 and chnaged status to 'Request Approved' and Settled.

Now I am running report 'PRFI - Create Posting' but I am getting message 'Trip has no postable amounts' .

Can any expert let me know the reason for this message.

Regards,

Amit.

    Hi Amit,

when you approved the trip, did you try to simulate the trip if yes how much GBP you got for the reimburse amount you got, and also check the Table T706f for the miles and Km slabs whether you had given GBP in currency.

    Regards,

    Dora.

Issue has be solved as status of the expense was not correct at the time posting program was executed.
