Re-activating the Position

Hi,

We have a position which was delimited. We've terminated a contractor who apparently is still working for us and while changing the end date I got the message that this particular position is not valid anymore. Is there anyway I can change this without rehiring?

Thanks,

Tara

Hi Tara,

If you don't want to hire this employee again then another way is you create this position again at same level and have to give start date as delimited date.I think you have todo either way.

Hi Tara

When you delimited the position, does it mean the Infotype 1000 is delimited. First ofall, you have to make sure the Infotype 1000 is extended and then extend the A008 relationship in 1001 infotype. You either achive do it manually or excute the stand.program : RHGRENZ4. This help you to retain the employee in same position without rehiring
