customer master and transportation zones

Hello all,

I would like to know how to lookup at the customer master and determine the transportation zones attached to each. pl. advise on the path/menu to look up at the customer master and determining the transporation zones attached to them. also pl. advise on the menu path in setting up the routes to default to particular location sourced out of a particular plant.

Hi Maxx,

The transportation zone is found in the customer address screen of the ship-to-party customer.

For a quick query on the current transportation zone of the customer, use field in KNA1-LZONE in SE16.

pl. advise on the menu path in setting up the routes to default to particular location sourced out of a particular plant.

Check Customizing => Sales and Distribution => Basic Functions => Routes => Route Determination

Check both customizing activities:

=> Maintain Country and Transportation Zone for Shipping Point.

=> Maintain Route Determination
