customer master and transportation zones

Hello all,

I would like to know how to lookup at the customer master and determine the transportation zones attached to each. pl. advise on the path/menu to look up at the customer master and determining the transporation zones attached to them. also pl. advise on the menu path in setting up the routes to default to particular location sourced out of a particular plant.
