Hi Monika,

If your value mapping values will remain same for every project life cycle (dev, QA, and prod); then you should create a FixValue mapping in your mapping, which is quite simple and strainght forward.

But, if you want to create a value mapping, follow the following steps :

  • Create a value mapping with your first entry.

  • Save your value mapping

  • Right click on the first entry "If the Sender system id US_Retail Value is U"

  • Select "Value mapping in all agencies "

  • Here you can enter the second entry by adding a new row and the the value "U".

Thanks,

Hi Monika,

Just ignore the warning and add your entries in Value Mapping it will work. And enter 'B' as your default value.

Hi,

if your value mapping is such simple you could also use the standard function Conversions -> FixValues.

Double-click the value mapping line to open the group. Now you can add multiple rows.
