Hi,
has anybody an idea how to solve the following problem:
I want to copy an existing Sales order into an new one (with "Propose items"). Here I choose Default with quantity.
So far no problem.
The problem I have now was, that the system performs a new pricing, but I want to keep the manuel conditions (like an rebate) of the existing order.
Thanks for your suggestions.
Jörg
Thank's a lot for your support, suggested solution is working fine.

Hi
As told by Hrishi, you can solve your issue by changing the Price Type in copy controls. If not C, you can chose still more appropriate Price Type for copying the pricing conditions from the preceeding document.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi
Product Proposal is a sales order type which is MS or PV order type in STD SAP in VOV8
This will have sales doc category D
No ranges assigned to it
Propability will be 100%
Screen seq group NA
Doc pricing procedure c
No del type
No billiing type
This should be there in your system
Pls assign this doc first in the sales areas in which you want to use in t code OVAZ
Then create a product proposl in which you want the materials to be added with quantities in t code VA51 with this order type MS
This will generate a doc no
This doc no you assign in your customer master records in sales area data sales tab in item proposal field for the customer you want
Now when you create sales order for this customer in VA01 after inputting SP before entering materials
Go to EDIT in menu bar ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS ---PROPOSE ITEMS or crtl+F11
Then this dialogue box with this proposal no will appear
Copy then it will copy all the items that you have listed in the proposal
This proposal no can be assigned as many customers you want in CMR
No pricing is carried out for product proposal in the order type MS eventhough it has a DPP as C
There is no Pricing Procedure maintained in OVKK so that when you create a product proposal it will not at all ask for pricing
It is just a copy paste tool in IT terminology
If A customer who will regularly order 50 of your products and if you make a product proposal for those 50 products and assign that no in his CMR so that when you create a sales order for him these 50 products need not be entered manually can be automatically copy pasted
*Thats all for Product proposal*
Product proposal has got nothing to do with pricing
Pricing starts from sales order
Pls dont get confused yourself

Raja

Hi,
- Go to VTAA
- Select you sales document types
- Select Item category {which is there in your existing SO}
- Over there {when you double click on item category} in Pricing Type you must have maintained 'A or B'
- So, change it to 'C' and then try to do new sales order copying from existing sales order.
- The manual conditions will get copied into the new one and other conditions would get redetermined.
