FBF1 and FC80 obsolet

Hi SDNer's,

I'm working on an Upgrade Project (from 4.6c to ECC 6.0) and we found the note 688882. It talks about two transactions which are obsolet (FBF1 and FC80). Since our client uses these transactions and the note is not very clear, we would like to know which transactions/programs replaces the obsolets mentioned above and what we should customize in order to make it work.
